| 1 | package | (10 ounce) assorted torn salad greens (6 cups packed) | |

| 1 | cup | garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, cut into thin wedges | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | red bell pepper, cut into thin rings or short thin strips | ||
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | ounces | (1/3 cup) sliced deli ham, cut into 1- inch x 1/2- inch strips | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | ounces | (1/3 cup) sliced deli turkey breast, cut into 1- inch x 1/2- inch strips | |
|
|
|||
| 1 1/2 | cups | shredded Italian cheese blend | |
|
|
|||
| 1/3 | cup | Italian salad dressing | |
|
|
|||
Arrange salad greens on a large serving platter.
Arrange garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, ham, turkey and cheese attractively over greens.
Drizzle with dressing.
