Antipasto Salad

Prepare this salad up to 8 hours in advance! Just cover and chill and wait to drizzle with dressing just before serving.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 package (10 ounce) assorted torn salad greens (6 cups packed)
1 cup garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 can (14 ounce) artichoke hearts, cut into thin wedges
1 red bell pepper, cut into thin rings or short thin strips
1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) sliced deli ham, cut into 1- inch x 1/2- inch strips
1 1/2 ounces (1/3 cup) sliced deli turkey breast, cut into 1- inch x 1/2- inch strips
1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing

Directions:

Arrange salad greens on a large serving platter.

Arrange garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, ham, turkey and cheese attractively over greens.

Drizzle with dressing.
