1. In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown ham slice on both sides.
2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and five-spice powder; blend well.
3. Add grapes and pineapple to ham in skillet. Pour orange juice mixture into skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 1 to 3 minutes or until fruit is thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
1. Place ham slice in 8-inch square (1 1/2 quart) or 12x8-inch (2 quart) microwave-safe dish. Add grapes and pineapple. In small bowl, combine orange juice, honey, cornstarch and five-spice powder; blend well. Pour over fruit and ham. Cover with microwave-safe waxed paper.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 to 9 minutes or until ham is thoroughly heated and sauce is thickened, stirring once.
**Cook's Tip: Ingredient Substitution - If Chinese five-spice powder is not available, blend 1/4 teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and fennel with a dash of white pepper.
