Crunchy Mocha Drops

Instant coffee adds the mocha flavor

Yield: 4 to 5 dozen candies

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons milk
1 pkg. (15.4 oz.) creamy white frosting mix
1-2 tablespoons instant coffee
1 1/2 cups toasted flaked coconut

Directions:

In top of double boiler, melt butter in milk. Stir in frosting mix (dry) and instant coffee until smooth. Heat over rapidly boiling water 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in coconut. Keeping mixture over hot water, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool until firm.
