Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
| 1 | cup | black beans, cooked and drained | |

| 1/3 | cup | plain yogurt or sour cream | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | salsa verde (prepared green salsa) | |
|
|
|||
| Salt and Pepper for taste | |||
|
|
|||
| Tortilla chips | |||
|
|
|||
Directions:
In food processor fitted with metal blade or blender, combine black beans, plain yogurt or sour cream and salsa verde. Process until pureed; taste and add salt or pepper as needed. Serve with tortilla chips.
