| 1 | tablespoon | sugar or sugar substitute | |

| 1/2 | cup | milk, yogurt or half-and-half | |

| 1/4 | cup | peanut butter | |
|
|
|||
Cut the bananas into chunks. Put them into a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend to a puree.
Thin with a little more milk or water if too thick. Serve immediately.
