Jack's Purple Pork Paint
A Minnesota tailgating marinade
Yield: Makes 3/4 cup glaze
Ingredients
| 1/2 | cup | orange marmalade | |

| 1/2 | cup | coarse-grained mustard | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | cup | Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | ham, 6 - 8 lbs. | ||
|
|
|||
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl. Spread on ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
