| 2 | cans | (15 ounce each) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained | |

|||
| 1 | can | (14 1/2 ounce) diced tomatoes, drained | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | can | (8 ounce) tomato sauce | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | beef broth | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cajun seasoning | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | hot pepper sauce | |
|
|

| 1 1/2 | cups | frozen corn, thawed | |
|
|
|||
In a large skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is lightly browned; drain.
Stir in the peas, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth and seasonings. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Stir in the corn; cook 5 minutes longer or until heated through.
