Yield: 2 1/2 cups
| 3 | cups | fresh or frozen cranberries | |

| 1 | medium onion, quartered and thinly sliced | ||

| 1/2 | cup | sugar | |

| 3/4 | cup | orange juice | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
|

| 1/2 | teaspoon | coarsely ground black pepper | |

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until berries soften, stirring occasionally. Chill before serving. Serve with roast pork or chicken.
