Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breast halves
6 slices deli sliced ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup hot water
1 pkg. (1 oz.) chicken gravy mix
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 pkg. butter flavored crackers, crushed

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Boil chicken breast halves in water for 30 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into bite size pieces. Place in prepared casserole.

Cut ham into small pieces and place over chicken. Place cheese slices over ham.

Stir 1 cup hot water into chicken gravy mix until dissolved; pour over chicken mixture. Mix crackers with butter and spread over casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
