| 6 | tablespoons | white wine vinegar or white vinegar | |

| 2 | tablespoons | sugar | |

| 1 | small jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
|
|
|||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | white pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | horseradish root, finely shredded | |
|
|
|||
In a bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, jalapeno pepper and white pepper. Mix well. Stir in the horseradish.
Cover and refrigerate overnight before serving.
