| 1 | pkg. | Betty Crocker Sour Cream 'n Chive Potatoes | |

| 2 | cups | milk | |

| 3 | eggs | ||

| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
|
|
|||
| 1/4 | teaspoon | pepper | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | cup | shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.) | |

Heat oven to 350 F.
Grease 1-1/2-quart round casserole. Cover potatoes with boiling water in small bowl. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain thoroughly. Beat milk and eggs with hand beater. Mix all ingredients in casserole.
Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
