Cheese and Cream Potatoes

Yield: Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

1 pkg. Betty Crocker Sour Cream 'n Chive Potatoes
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 F.

Grease 1-1/2-quart round casserole. Cover potatoes with boiling water in small bowl. Let stand uncovered 10 minutes; drain thoroughly. Beat milk and eggs with hand beater. Mix all ingredients in casserole.

Bake uncovered until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown, 45-50 minutes.
