5-Layer Mexican Dip

Yield: 12 servings

Ingredients

1 can (15-1/2 oz.) refried black beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 cup sour cream
1 tomato, chopped
1/3 cup green onions, sliced
1 can (about 4 oz.) pitted, ripe olives, sliced (optional)

Directions:

Mix beans, chili powder and cumin. Spoon onto bottom of 9 inch pie plate.

Layer with remaining ingredients. Refrigerate. Serve with tortilla chips.
