2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard
2 teaspoons sour cream
4 slices rye bread
6 slices (3 ounces) Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
20 slices (2 ounces) Genoa salami, thinly sliced
8 slices honeydew melon, peeled and thinly sliced

Directions:

Stir mustard and sour cream together and spread onto each slice of bread.

Top 2 slices of bread with 4 slices of cheese, all of the salami, all of the melon and the remaining slices of cheese. Top with remaining bread.

Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours to blend flavors.
