| Dill Sauce | |||
| 1/2 | cup | light or fat free mayonnaise | |
|
|
|||
| 1/2 | cup | light or fat free sour cream | |
|

|||
| 2 | teaspoons | dried dill | |
|
|
|||
| 3 | Tablespoons | parsley, minced | |
|
|
|||
| 1 | small onion, minced | ||
|
|
|||
| 2 | teaspoons | fresh lemon juice | |

| Pepper to taste | |||

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, onion, lemon juice and pepper. Cover and refrigerate sauce until serving time.
Spray grill racks with vegetable oil cooking spray. Heat grill to medium-high. Place salmon fillets on grill and season to taste. Grill, turning once, until salmon is lightly browned outside is close to the point of flakiness when tested with a fork. Serve with dill sauce.
