“I made this tart several months ago when it first appeared as a weekly recipe. I thought it was delicious and with my home grown crop of tomatoes ready for picking, I decided to make it again. ”

“It was easy to make and tasted great. I put some ham in and should have extended the bake time at least 5 minutes to make it a little more solid. I will be making it again.”
Sandra H INDIANA, PA
“This is an excellent recipe, especially in the summertime with garden fresh tomatoes. I use sweet red or yellow peppers instead of the green pepper. Wonderful flavor combination.”
