1. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Coat fish with flour. Season with salt and pepper.
2. In large skillet heat butter. Add fish. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork (145 degrees F), turning once. Transfer to a warm platter.
3. Add cucumber, garlic and dill to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon juice. Cook 1 minute more. Spoon over cod.
