| 1/4 | lb. | Roquefort cheese, crumbled | |

| 2 | teaspoons | Worcestershire sauce | |

| 2 | tablespoons | grated onion | |

| 1/4 | teaspoon | cayenne pepper | |

| 1 1/4 | cups | crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Potato Chips | |

Have cheeses at room temperature. Blend well with mixer or pastry blender. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, pepper, and 1/4 cup of the crushed Lay's Brand Sour Cream and Onion Flavored Potato Chips. Shape into ball and roll in remaining chips until completely covered. Chill well.
The flavor of this cheese ball improves with chilling. Make it ahead and refrigerate or freeze (just be sure to completely thaw before serving.) Recipe compliments of Frito-Lay.
