Batasiolo's Barolo DOCG is a bold, intense expression of the Nebbiolo grape. The wine is aged in Slavonian oak casks for 24 months followed by an additional 12 months in stainless steel. Pairs well with red meats, game, roasts, and sharp, aged cheeses.
